Jonathan was a foster care/ kinship care worker for the Harford County Department of Social Services for seven years. He has completed 1 year of graduate work in substance abuse treatment and another year of graduate work with families, children, and adults at a public mental health agency in Harford County.
His post-graduate work involves 1 1/2 years at a group practice in Forest Hill, MD working with married couples and individuals, and another 2 years working with a local Harford County practice where he provided counseling services and substance abuse treatment. He opened Drumgoole Counseling Services, Inc in July 2009 and has been seeing patients and families ever since.
He opened Harford Psychedelic Therapy in September 2022, and is currently working on bringing Psychedelic Assisted Therapy to the patients of Harford County.
Jonathan has worked for Villa Maria providing counseling services to high school students at a local public high school, as well as patients in the community mental health clinic from March 2011 to September 2013.
He is one of many former deacons at Mountain Christian Church in Joppa, Maryland.
Jonathan is married to the love of his life since 2003 and has 4 children.
