Rates & Insurance

Rates
$364 per diagnostic session. Additional sessions: $197 for individual (therapy sessions are 45 minutes, beyond 45 minutes, the rate increases to $237); $227 for Conjoint/Family.  Special rates apply for court appearances, letters and group work.

Prepare Enrich Assessment $150 (subsequent work and review charged at regular session rates)

Insurance
Our office has providers paneled with  Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA/Evernorth, Employer Health Programs, Johns Hopkins Health Care, Magellan, Maryland Medicaid, and US Family Health Plan.  Not every provider is paneled with every insurance company. We do take out of network benefits for TRICARE.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the late cancellation fee of $75.  ** Effective January 1, 2022, the late cancellation fee will change to $85.**
